Description: # cfg-maxiv-takeoff

        A tool that can find, start and stop Tango Device Servers. It's like Astor for the command line.

        In general, the tool is explaining itself. Run it and look at the output.

        ## Usage

        The tool depends on the `TANGO_HOST` environment variable.

        ```
        > takeoff [-h] [--structured-output] host {find,up,down} <server>...
        ```

        ### Example - Find servers

        ```
        > takeoff w-v-kitslab-ec-0 find "AllenBradley*"
        ```

        ### Example - Start servers

        Will start the AllenBradleyEIP/Dummy at level 2

        ```
        > takeoff w-v-kitslab-ec-0 up "AllenBradleyEIP/Dummy,2"
        ```

        Will start all AllenBradleyEIP servers at what-ever level they happen to be upon

        ```
        > takeoff w-v-kitslab-ec-0 up "AllenBradleyEIP/*"
        ```

        ### Example - Stop servers

        Stop all AllenBradleyEIP servers

        ```
        > takeoff w-v-kitslab-ec-0 down "AllenBradleyEIP/*"
        ```
